Pukkelpop exchange service
A Pukkelpop ticket is strictly personal: it’s issued in your name and only grants access to the person named on the ticket (the User). Reselling or passing it on is not allowed.
We understand that plans can change or unexpected things can happen. That’s why we offer two solutions: the online Exchange Service and the Ticket Meet-up Page.
- Original User: the name printed on the ticket. Only this person will be granted access to the festival.
- Original Buyer: the person who purchased the ticket from us. Identifiable by the email address used.
- New User: the name that appears on the ticket after a name change. Only this person will be granted access to the festival.
- New Buyer: the person registered with us as the new owner after resale, identified by their email address.
- Online Exchange Service: the only way to change the name on a ticket once. The original buyer remains the official owner.
- PKP Tickets Meet-up Page: the only safe way to resell a ticket via Pukkelpop. The original order is cancelled and the new buyer becomes the official owner.
It is not allowed to resell tickets unlawfully, as defined by law (Law of 30 July 2013 on the sale of admission tickets to events).
Did you buy a second-hand ticket and pay more than the official price (including the service fee)? You’re entitled to reclaim the difference from the person who sold it to you.
The Online Exchange Service and the Ticket Meet-up Page are additional options within our official ticket sale. Our General Terms and Conditions remain applicable, except where expressly stated otherwise. Definitions of the terms used can be found above.

TICKET MEET-UP PAGE - ONLINE TICKET RESAL
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- The Ticket Meet-up Page (tickets.pukkelpop.be/en/meetup) is an online platform where people can offer or search for Pukkelpop tickets.
- A seller logs in via ‘I’M LOOKING FOR A BUYER’ and puts their ticket up for resale.
- An interested buyer clicks ‘I’M LOOKING FOR A TICKET’, selects a ticket, and can purchase it directly.
- Once the purchase is complete, the original ticket is cancelled and the New Buyer automatically becomes the official New Owner of the ticket.
WHO CAN SELL?
- Only holders of a valid Pukkelpop ticket for the upcoming edition can offer a ticket via the Ticket Meet-up Page.
- Each ticket is personal and issued in the name of an Original User.
- Only the Original Buyer (the person who purchased the ticket) can request the resale link and set the resale price.
- The Original Buyer is not necessarily the same person as the User (the name printed on the ticket).
Important!
The Original Buyer declares that the ticket is being resold with the consent of the Original User, and thus without violating the rights of the Original User. Pukkelpop is not responsible for any misuse or incorrect use of this service by the Original Buyer or any third parties.
HOW?
LOOKING FOR A BUYER
Available from 23 July
- Starting 23 July, the Original Buyer can request a resale link via our website (tickets.pukkelpop.be/en/meetup) to put their ticket up for sale on the Ticket Meet-up Page. This is done by entering the details of the purchased ticket.
- When requesting the link, the Original Buyer can set the amount they wish to receive for the ticket.
- Once the ticket is successfully registered, the resale link will be sent to the email address provided during the original purchase.
Activating a ticket
- Once received, the Original Buyer can activate the link and offer the ticket for resale on the Ticket Meet-up Page at a self-chosen price, plus a €16 service fee.
- After activation, the Original Buyer will receive a new link that allows them to remove the ticket from the Ticket Meet-up Page, if desired. This is only possible 24 hours after activation.
- If the ticket is removed, it remains valid in its original form. It can then be used again by the Original User or re-offered for resale, possibly at a different price.
- If the link is not activated, nothing changes: the ticket remains exactly as it was.
Selling a ticket
- From 30 July onwards, all correctly activated tickets will be available for purchase via the Ticket Meet-up Page.
- As soon as the ticket is sold, the Original Buyer will receive an instant notification.
- The refund will then be processed by the payment provider. Depending on the payment method, this can take 1 to 4 business days.
- The original order will be cancelled. Any refunds, such as the Recycling Deposit, will be transferred to the account of the New Buyer.
- Listing a ticket on the Ticket Meet-up Page is free of charge. The New Buyer pays a €16 service fee on top of the set resale price.
- If the ticket is not sold, it remains valid in its original form and the Original User will still be granted access with that ticket.
LOOKING FOR A TICKET
Available from 30 July
- From 30 July, you can visit tickets.pukkelpop.be/en/meetup to look for a festival ticket of your choice.
- Click on ‘I’M LOOKING FOR A TICKET’ and enter your preferences. You’ll see a list of available tickets along with their prices. Only tickets that are available at that exact moment will be shown.
- You can then click on a ticket of your choice. If it’s still available, you’ll be redirected to the order page. There, you’ll enter the details of the New User.
- The rest of the order process follows the General Terms and Conditions.
- If the ticket is no longer available, you’ll need to start your search again.

ONLINE EXCHANGE SERVICE – NAME CHANGE ONLY
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- You can use the Online Exchange Service if you have a valid Pukkelpop ticket for the upcoming edition.
- Each festival ticket is personal and issued in the name of a specific user.
- Only the Original Buyer of the ticket can request a link to change the name on the ticket.
- The Original Buyer is not always the same person as the Original User named on the ticket.
Important!
The Original Buyer agrees that the name on the ticket will only be changed with the consent of the Original User. Pukkelpop cannot be held responsible if this service is used incorrectly or without permission by the Original Buyer or any other party.
HOW?
Available from 30 July
- Starting 30 July, the Original Buyer can request a link via tickets.pukkelpop.be/en/exchange-service by entering the details of the purchased ticket (such as ID number, shortcode, etc.).
- The link will be sent to the email address used during the original purchase.
- Only one name change is allowed per ticket.
New user details
- Click the link and enter the details of the New User (the person who will be attending the festival with the ticket).
Payment
- In the next step, you’ll be taken to the payment page.
- The new ticket will only be sent to the Original Buyer’s email address after the administrative fee has been paid.
- If no payment is made, nothing changes and the ticket remains in the name of the Original User.
- Your payment confirms the name change. Once confirmed, the change is binding and final.
- More info about the fee can be found under ‘How much does a User change cost?’
Modified ticket
- The modified ticket will be sent as a PDF to the Original Buyer.
- This is the only valid entry ticket for the New User - save the document on your phone or print it out.
- The original ticket with the name of the Original User is no longer valid and will not grant access to the festival grounds.
- Note: each ticket can only be changed once. After the name change, no further changes are possible.
Need help?
- Email us at servicedesk@pptickets.be
- Be sure to include your name, address and phone number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Trustworthiness of the Original Buyer
- The Exchange Service is intended for transferring a ticket to someone you know well, like a friend or family member. Do not use this service to sell tickets to strangers.
- Not sure if the seller is trustworthy? Contact us in advance via servicedesk@pptickets.be so we can check.
- For administrative reasons, the Original Buyer remains the manager of the ticket. So stay alert and cautious: only accept a ticket from someone you know personally and fully trust (a friend, a neighbour, a family member…).
- Never respond to offers from second-hand websites, strangers, or social media – the risk of fraud is very high!
- The only secure and Pukkelpop-approved way to take over a festival ticket is via the Ticket Meet-Up Page.
- If the name is changed via the Exchange Service, the Recycling Deposit will be refunded to the Original Buyer.
How much does a name change via the Exchange Service cost?
A name change costs €16 (VAT and other taxes included) and is paid by the Original Buyer.
