• Unfortunately Pukkelpop doesn’t work with individual volunteers. For over twenty years, our organisation has been calling upon associations based in and around Kiewit. All these associations are compensated for their efforts, funds they use to finance their day-to-day operation.

• There is no minimum or maximum age: everyone is welcome at Pukkelpop (but ... parents have the final say). There are no special ticket prices for children.
• Young teenager(s)? Make sure there is adult guidance - or even better - just come along! There's something for everyone at Pukkelpop!
• There are no adapted facilities for small children, we strongly advise against coming to the festival with them. There are no adjusted ticket prices either.
• Eighty plus? Yeah, eighty is mighty! Enough places to chill out and feel free to bring your offspring. Do you come with three or even four generations? Then definitely drop us a line at hello@pukkelpop.be.

• The Belgian government planned to bump VAT from 6% to 12% on festival and camping tickets, but the Council of State pulled the plug (and the rug). Festival tickets stay untouched for now. Camping tickets switch to 12% VAT from 1 March instead of 6%.

Pukkelpop is held at the festival site along the Kempische Steenweg in Kiewit (Hasselt), Belgium. The festival site is easily accessible by public transportation, there is a large free bicycle parking lot and plenty of parking in the area.

Until 30 April, when ordering via tickets.pukkelpop.be, you can opt for 'staggered payment'. This means that you do not pay the amount due immediately, but pay in three instalments using your credit card (Visa or Mastercard). There are no extra charges for this service. You must be at least 18 and have a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The minimum amount for a staggered payment is the price of a day ticket.

Thanks to the official exchange service, ticket holders who are unable to attend Pukkelpop will be able to offer their tickets online at the official price from 1 August. Our secure PKP Ticket Meet-Up Page is a virtual meeting place for people who are looking to buy or sell an official Pukkelpop ticket. Tickets offered through the exchange service keep the initial camping. 

You can use the PKP Ticket Meet-Up Page when:

1) You found someone who wants your ticket and you want to change the name on that ticket  
2) You're looking for someone to take over your ticket;
3) You are searching for a ticket.

Pukkelpop is always cutting edge, but there’s one thing we keep old school: “Got any tokens left?” Generations of Pukkelpoppers grew up with them and we intend to keep it that way. Physical, cardboard tokens. In your pocket, your wallet, an envelope or if you’re lucky, just lying around on the ground. Be honest: treating your friends is way more fun with tokens.

• In presale, tokens cost €3.60 each, 20 tokens are €72. You can order them via tickets.pukkelpop.be until July 31.

Heads up: tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Just so you know!

You will get your €15 Recycling Deposit back if you return your waste (general waste or PMD) or party tent to a Recycling Point and have your wristband scanned after the festival. The refund will be processed to the ticket buyer's account or credit card by September 30th at the latest.

If you meet all the conditions but haven’t received your refund by September 30th, contact servicedesk@pptickets.be no later than that date.

• As part of our ongoing waste awareness campaign, we charge a €15 Recycling Deposit for campers. This deposit is added when you purchase your camping ticket.
• The goal is to help festival-goers sort their waste more effectively during their stay. The deposit is easy to reclaim in full. Refunds will be processed by September 15 at the latest.
• You can contact us about your Recycling Deposit until September 30.

• Order a beer voucher in advance and pick up 6 delicious chilled beers (33 cl) at the bar of your camping site. A six-pack costs €13.
• ½ Food & Drinks ticket = 1l  water
• 1 Food & Drinks ticket = 0,5l soda drink (i.o. 25cl at the festival)
• There are 2 drinking water taps at Camping Chill and 1 at Camping Relax.

THRIFT SHOP
Forgotten or broke something? At your campsite you will find a thrift store with a wide range of camping equipment.

ASSISTANCE FOR THE DISABLED
There is a separate room for disabled persons near the entrance. More info on ADL assistance can be found here.

TRASH
Trash bags are available at the campground. Also check the info on the recycling deposit.

LOCKERS
There are paid lockers with charging point for your smartphone + power supply. Don't forget your charging cable(s) and plug(s). Lockers on the campsite are only available for the entire weekend. Day lockers can be rented at the festival site.

Lockers will be cleared on Monday at noon. Available soon! 

• A first-aid team and fire department personnel are permanently on-site.

• Our campsites are open day and night from Thursday 09.00h to Monday 12.00h.
