Exchange service

How does the Official Ticket Exchange Service work?

Thanks to the official exchange service, ticket holders who are unable to attend Pukkelpop will be able to offer their tickets online at the official price from 1 August. Our secure PKP Ticket Meet-Up Page is a virtual meeting place for people who are looking to buy or sell an official Pukkelpop ticket. Tickets offered through the exchange service keep the initial camping

You can use the PKP Ticket Meet-Up Page when:

1) You found someone who wants your ticket and you want to change the name on that ticket
2) You're looking for someone to take over your ticket;
3) You are searching for a ticket.

What's the fee for the exchange service?

The administration fee amounts to 16 euro per ticket.

How much can I ask/pay for a ticket in the exchange service?

When you resell a ticket, keep in mind that in Belgium it is prohibited by law to charge more than the official ticket price + service fee when reselling festival tickets. If you do ask a higher price, the person who buys the ticket from you can claim this surplus from you. Moreover, if a complaint is filed, you can be fined up to €10,000.

Does a Food & Drink voucher go via the ticket exchange service?

No, you can just give or sell your voucher to someone else. No identity checks are carried out on Food & Drink vouchers. The first person to present the voucher at the box office will be issued the food & drink tickets.

Can I offer to exchange my festival ticket via the ticket exchange service, but keep my camping ticket?

No, that is not an option. If you use the ticket exchange service, your camping ticket is automatically cancelled.

Can I reoffer a ticket which I obtained through the exchange service?

No that's not possible. A ticket can only be offered once through the exchange service.

All emails go to the original buyer of the ticket.

If I offer my ticket via the ticket exchange service but it doesn’t sell, can I still decide to keep my ticket and come to the festival myself?
  • Yes, you can. As long as the name on the ticket hasn’t changed and the €16 fee hasn’t been paid, the ticket remains valid in your name.
