Feverchild

Emo is not dead. Feverchild have been breathing new life into the genre for several years. When the band emerged from the Belgian hardcore scene, they immediately captured the attention of Sunday Drive Records. After two EPs and two European tours, the five-piece released their debut album “Center of the Earth” in March 2026.
On this LP the band broadens its palette while staying true to their post-hardcore roots. The lead single “Endless” captures Feverchild's core sound of chunky guitars, soaring choruses, and melancholic lyrics. But it’s on deeper cuts like “Forms of Falling Gently” that the album’s emotional weight fully unfolds.
“Afraid that I’m falling behind” repeats as the final refrain of the title track. Painfully resonant for anyone grappling with adulthood, the line distills the album’s central themes: longing for love, isolation, and the inescapable pull of memory.
