US President Donald Trump recently called “tariffs” “the most beautiful word in the dictionary”. Belgium’s Raad van State was far less impressed. The planned VAT increase on festival tickets, from 6% to 12% and scheduled for March 1 2026, is no longer set in stone following their advice. If and when it will happen remains unclear for now.

FESTIVAL TICKETS 

• A day ticket for Friday, Saturday or Sunday costs €134. If the VAT increase to 12% goes ahead, the price will rise to €142.
• A VIP day ticket costs €225 and will increase to €238 if the VAT rate changes to 12%.
• Regular public transport with NMBS is included in every festival ticket. Additional night trains will be available at an extra cost. More information will be available soon at www.nmbs.be/pukkelpop. Free festival shuttles run to and from Hasselt station.
• A combi ticket costs €287 before the VAT increase to 12%, and €303 afterwards.
• A VIP combi ticket costs €440 and will increase to €465 after the VAT increase.
• Festival tickets for Thursday are not sold separately. To attend the official opening on Thursday, you need a Friday ticket or a combi ticket.

CAMPING TICKETS 

• Staying one or more nights at Camping Chill or Camping Relax costs €43 before the VAT increase to 12%. After the increase, the price will be €45.

FOOD AND DRINK VOUCHERS

Food and drink vouchers can be purchased at a reduced price via tickets.pukkelpop.be until July 31. A set of 20 tokens costs €72.
