11 new names for PKP23

Artist announcements are always good for thrilling, moving and ecstatic emotions. Especially when it comes to Billie Eilish, Angèle, Anne-Marie, Florence + The Machine and The Killers. That impressive list is now further joined by 11 new acts. Ticket sales start next Wednesday, 15 February.

Eleven new names

Pukkelpop punk bijou YUNGBLUD will rock the Main Stage on Friday 18 August. We like to call him the musical equivalent of a power smoothie mixed with an energy drink. YUNGBLUD is the alt-hero of Gen Z but equally embraced by the Millennial -and even older- music lover.

Next stop on Friday: the spectacular post-disco pop of Years & Years aka the alter ego of singer, actor, fashion icon and LGBTQIA+ voice Olly Alexander. Three albums and numerous hits later, you just know that the likes of 'King', 'Desire' and the Pet Shop Boys cover 'It's a Sin' will simply scorch the Pukkelpop meadow.

The electronic euphoria of Bicep (live) can also be found in the line-up, as can Dropkick Murphys' Celtic punk rock and Foals' indie rock. A new hyper-chapter in the PKP history will be written by Joost and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard will sign on for even more neo-psychedelic. Also on the poster: Berlin's Supergruppe Moderat, the brilliant acid techno of rising star Reinier Zonneveld (live), the globetrotting afrobeats of Rema and Turnstile, the coolest hardcore dudes of the moment.
