While working on a project of electropopper Janus Rasmussen, sound engineer Ólafur Arnalds discovered their shared love for minimal experimental music. The two became best friends, started making music under the name Kiasmos and released a number of widely savoured (remix) releases on Erased Tapes. Not coincidentally the same label on which the BAFTA Awards-winning composer Arnalds releases his unique blend of electronica with minimal piano and violin patterns. On stage, Kiasmos goes for a more club-oriented approach. Dance, dance, dance!
