Nick Oliveri and the Mondo Generator

Nick Oliveri And The Mondo Generator is the name that Mondo Generator adopted for their third album after Nick Oliveri's departure from Queens of the Stone Age. Oliveri played in the previous records under the name of Rex Everything, but now he names the band with his real name to emphasize that the weight of the band is now over his shoulders. He composes, sings and play the guitar, along with other former QOTSA members as Dave Catching and Alfredo Hernandez. They represent the most punk branch of the "desert rock" bands.
