Why register your hard ticket?

* When registering your hard ticket, the bar code will be activated. The bar code needs to be activated before presentation at the ticket office.
* If you lose your ticket, you can inform the Pukkelpop organization.
* Your ticket cannot be counterfeited.
* We will keep you informed of all the programme changes etc.
* If you lose your passport, identity card, credit card or any other object with your name on it, we can text you where you can collect your lost property.

Every e-festival ticket carries the name of the person who bought it. Identity checks may be carried out at the festival gates.

Many hard tickets have also been registered in the ticketholder’s name, which means that identity checks may be carried out at the festival entrance for these tickets as well.

It is also possible to print out e-tickets several times or forward them via email. Only the first person to present the ticket at the festival gates will be granted access to the event. We therefore advise you not to respond to any offers currently made online.

Periodically tickets will be cancelled, a list of which will be posted on this website. Bear in mind that this list is not complete as tickets are being reported stolen on a daily basis, resulting in their cancellation. These tickets remain in circulation and cannot be distinguished from valid tickets.

Do you have an extra ticket?
This year a ticket resale service will once again be available at Pukkelpop. The ticket resale kiosk is located left of the main entrance. Our ticket resale service aims to resell unwanted tickets at the official ticket price. If you or one of your friends has an extra ticket, it can be resold via the ticket resale service. Be aware that anyone who offers tickets for resale will have to show identification. If you want to resell someone else’s ticket, a hand-written authorization and a copy of the original ticketholder’s identity card will be required.

How does it work exactly?
You submit your personal details and your ticket will be added to the ticket listings. If we find a buyer for your ticket, your money will be transferred to your bank account.

Attention:
The ticket resale service does not guarantee a refund! The first come, first served principle is applied to anyone who wants to resell their ticket. This implies that the ticket resale service might not be able to resell your ticket and will thus be unable to offer a refund.
