Pukkelpop 2008 - Facts 'n Figures

- There were 45,000 festivalgoers on Thursday. On Friday Pukkelpop welcomed a new record number of 57,000 visitors and another 50,000 on Saturday, which brings this year’s total to 152,000 visitors over 3 days.

- On Wednesday 35,000 festivalgoers spent the night camping. There were 45,000 campers on Thursday and 50,000 on Friday. On Saturday 45,000 Pukkelpoppers spent the final festival night at the campsite.

- 17,691 festivalgoers took the bus on Thursday.

- 212 great bands set the entire festival site ablaze. Only 2 bands cancelled their concert: Alkaline Trio en Switch.

- More than 30 outstanding ‘frontladies’ excelled themselves at Pukkelpop.

- The weather was sunny and bright 3 days long!
