Biography
At the start Two Door Cinema Club seemed to be a small, predictable emo-rock band, but they soon became a promising indie band whose debut record, ‘Tourist History’, was full of nice music to dance to. In 2010 the album was voted album of the year in their native country, Ireland. The three boys signed to the French Kitsuné label, which had previously released innovative pop music from Klaxons, La Roux and Hot Chip. In 2010 they succeeded in winning over quite a lot of Pukkelpoppers with their youthful enthusiasm. They will undoubtedly be able to do so again this year with their simple, catchy songs.
