Ross Bichard aka Hudson Mohawke has become a household name at the super hip label Warp at warp speed. The productions of Flying Lotus’s Scottish counterpart cannot be pigeonholed. Already in his early youth he was fascinated by turntables, beats and scratches - at fifteen he was the youngest DJ ever in the British DMC Finals. HudMo has developed a unique style. He succeeds in making the craziest hip-hop beats with a fat sample sauce of electro, r&b and pop. His sound is fresh, exciting and creative. There are valid reasons for calling MacMohawke a 'young prodigy’.
