Everyone remembers the fantastic music video to ‘(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (To Party!)’ by the Beastie Boys. From the very first shout of “Kick it!”, the living room was remodeled, pies went flying and the TV landed on the sidewalk several floors below. MCA, Mike D and Ad-Rock as party-crashers, now more than 25 years ago! Those same Beastie Boys will be appearing at Pukkelpop this year.

Before you rush off to Twitter to tell all your followers the great news, let’s just state for the record that it’s not the Boys themselves in person, but the great short film they just released: ‘Fight For Your Right Revisited’. In the film, the original Beastie Boys, played by Seth Rogen, Elijah Wood and Danny McBride, meet their alter egos from the future, cleverly impersonated by John C. Reilly, Will Ferrell and Jack Black.

This 30-minute reel was directed by Adam Yauch himself and is hilarious fun from start to finish. You’ll have the chance to see it every Pukkelpop morning between 11:15 and 11:45 AM on a big screen in the Wablief?! tent.
